If you’re exploring life in the Boise metro—Eagle, Meridian, Star, Middleton, and Boise itself—this journal is your curated shortcut. It’s built for luxury buyers who want real, local detail: how neighborhoods feel at different hours, which CCRs welcome RV bays or detached shops, where a morning coffee run actually fits your route, and what “acreage living” means for utilities, driveways, and daily rhythm.
You’ll find three types of posts here:
• Lifestyle: weekend loops, patios, parks, foothill trailheads, and the small conveniences that make a house live well from day one.
• Build: feasibility checks, CCR/architectural review, permitting cadence, and decision windows for selections—so calendars stay calm and momentum holds.
• Relocation: town-by-town snapshots with school logistics, commute patterns, and “test a Tuesday” planning so you can feel the week you’ll actually live.
My role is simple: pair the right builder, plan, and homesite with the way you live—and run a transparent process from concept to keys. On a custom build, we start with soils/utilities and CCR basics, parallel-path long-lead selections during permitting, and schedule site walks at the stages where choices matter (pre-wire, pre-insulation, trim). On a resale search, we map your daily loops first—work, schools, hobbies—then shortlist communities that make those loops effortless.
What you won’t get here is generic fluff. Each guide is specific to the Treasure Valley and written to save you time: checklists you can use, comparisons that are actually comparable, and honest trade-offs between “quiet and space” versus “convenience and access.” Whether you’re moving across town or from out of state, the goal is the same—fewer unknowns, cleaner decisions, and a first week in your new home that feels settled.
If this resonates, let’s start with a brief call. Tell me how you spend your mornings and weekends, what storage you truly need, and where you’d like to host friends. I’ll translate that into a short list of communities, lots, or homes that fit—then guide you through approvals and timelines without surprises. Welcome to the 43 Elegance Lifestyle Journal; I’m glad you’re here.
